A. Cleaning Safari reserves the right to terminate the employment of any staff member at their discretion.
B. Cleaning Safari reserves the right to demote employees.
C. Employees MUST give at least two weeks notice if they plan to terminate their employment. Failure to do so will result in changes in the employees last paycheck. The final paycheck will be at the lowest rate legally possible; set by minimum wage (rather than the hourly rate). Employee will be responsible in reimbursing The Cleaning Safari for any lost sales during the two week period and expenses hiring of a replacement.
D. At termination of employment, all employees may not pursue current clients of Cleaning Safari and are required to return all property owned by Cleaning Safari (this include but not limited to: any cleaning supplies, equipment, clothing/uniforms, car magnets, and more). Failure to do so will allow Cleaning Safari to pursue 100% loss in business at recorded recurring cleaning price (when terminated employee arrange business with company clients) or of company property. This may result in the notification of local law enforcement authorities.
